Get Ready to Participate

Online vendor events with a little more structure and a lot more opportunity for conversation. Each sales day features just two businesses, and I help vendors understand what to expect before they participate.
Ever participated in an online event where everyone's posts compete for attention? That's why I organize my events differently. Vendors get a featured sales day, plus opportunities to prepare, engage, and keep conversations going.

Showcase your products, tell your story, answer questions and invite shoppers into genuine conversations.
Participate throughout the event, support fellow vendors and follow up with people who showed interest.
Created for people who make and sell their own handmade products and artisan creations. This is the event format previously known as Online Craft Fair — with the same approach and many of the same longtime vendors.
An online event experience for direct sales representatives and other eligible product-based small businesses, with the same emphasis on structure, participation and meaningful connections.

We'd rather let participating vendors describe their experiences in their own words.

“I took a huge leap of faith when I committed to my first Spotlight Day.”— Pamela Faye · First-time participant
“Not only did this group result in sales and bonus exposure, it's also a supportive and knowledgeable community of talented crafters.”— Susie Shortum · Online Craft Fair, now SPOTLIGHT Handmade Edition

Yes. Vendors are expected to leave at least 15 meaningful comments each day of the seven-day event. It's about starting conversations, supporting fellow vendors, and staying involved—not simply dropping a quick emoji or disappearing after your sales day.
Plan 15 posts that introduce your business, share your products, and encourage genuine conversations. You can also go live for up to 40 minutes if you choose. You'll receive preparation guidance so you know what to expect.
The registration fee is $25 for your first business in an event. If you register a second business for the same event, that second registration is $15. A vendor may register up to two businesses per event, subject to availability.
Promotion is a shared effort. I organize and host the event, but each vendor is responsible for inviting people, promoting their participation, and following up with interested shoppers. The more actively you show up for your business, the more opportunities you create to connect.
Each vendor manages their own customer orders, payment collection, fulfillment, and customer service. SPOTLIGHT provides the event structure and a place to connect with shoppers; it is not the seller of the individual vendors' products.
You can change your featured sales day within the same event through My SPOTLIGHT Bookings, when an eligible day is available. Changes to a different event, cancellations, and refunds must be handled directly with Sharon. Registration fees are generally nonrefundable; any exceptions are handled individually.
