I didn't begin as a marketing guru. I'm a handmade seller, too. Through Crafted by Bear and years of hosting online vendor events—including Online Craft Fair, now SPOTLIGHT Handmade Edition—I've had the opportunity to work with many small business owners.
I've seen how much people have to share, and how easy it is to get stuck trying to figure out what to say online. That experience helped shape the CARE Method™ and the practical approach we use inside The SPOTLIGHT Circle.

I'm already busy. Will this add more work?
The goal is to make your content planning more manageable, not give you another long to-do list. You can use the roadmap, recordings, and CARE Bot at your own pace. How much time you need will depend on your business and what you choose to create.
Do you provide copy-and-paste social media posts?
No. The Circle helps you create original content using your own stories, knowledge, and personality. You'll get structure and guidance—not generic scripts to copy.
What if I can't attend the live calls?
Wednesday calls alternate between 9 AM and 5:30 PM Pacific. Sessions are recorded so you can catch up, and the private community remains available between calls.
Do I need to be good with technology to use CARE Bot?
No advanced technical knowledge is required. You can start with a rough idea and use CARE Bot to develop it through the CARE Method.
Will I have to make Reels or go live?
No. You'll learn ways to create content that fit your business and comfort level. Reels and live video are not required.
